Under your holy icon,   We poor sinners hasten to you.

Intercessor for all humankind,  O most holy Mary!

From Starry heights of heaven,  Look on those who cry out to you.

And help us to be faithful, Do not leave us as orphans.

Keep us free from all life's evils,  Poverty, war, and hunger,

In this world of division,  Please do not abandon us.
